OK, two things:
One; sometimes, it's hard for me to comprehend all the creativity and beauty in the world-- how many people have the urge to make. And it makes me wonder why, just why, parents often throw their hands up when their kids say they want to study art...like it's this big mystery, what makes someone want to be an artist. and two; I really hope I'm not telling all of you about something you already know lots about.
But, these were just so exquisite...There is new work to see at Anna Lewis' site, including a wonderful new series of photos, like the one up at the top, here. Anyway, my parents never said boo to discourage me from becoming creative. In fact, they encouraged it. Thank goodness. I wonder if Anna's parents did the same-- and if they did, they deserve a major award.
