For a long time, I didn't accept ads on either of my blogs. I wanted to establish a rapport of integrity with my readers and a clear take on my subject matter before including any external material. Now that I've been blogging for a few years, I know more about my community, and that has led me to change policy and I'm happy to announce that ad space will be available on heysusy* on an ongoing basis.
HS* advertising rates are targeted to make advertising spaces available to independent designers, artists, bloggers and service providers. To date, HeySusy* has had over 150,000 visitors and we have an ever-growing readership currently just shy of 1000 subscribers. HeySusy*s wonderful readers hail from a variety of backgrounds, from editorial, to trend-watching, to domestic, to art, craft, and design.

The ad should link directly to your site or blog.
No rapidfire, spastically blinking ads will be considered for placement. A catchy animated gif or flash ad is fine, but please respect the optic nerves of heysusy* readers!
