Ok, I am now obsessed with NEET, the online magazine that centers on fashion, vintage, and alt-craft style. Not only does NEET have a great take on trend, they also have a cool business model, which centers on showing the work of emerging designers, craftspeople, photographers, illustrators...writers....the list goes on...

Anyway, the photos up top are by photographer Bethany Ramella whose flickr sets I found through her work on NEET. The top 2 appear in the magazine, while the ones on the bottom are in her photo sets. I love the sense of play in her work, and I also love how the people in the photos actually look like someone you might know...they are absolutely beautiful in their personalities and uniqueness, which she lets shine through. I especially like the black and white portrait on the bottom left. Even though the color of the dress pops out, it doesn't overtake the look on the subject's face.
